Trading Work for Money

The oldest system of trade. Sweat equity. I have houses I sell and owner finance. $10,000.00 Down $1200.00 per month. The houses are selling for $140,000.00 in the area. I am willing to sell this for $125,000 and offer someone a $5,000.00 discount off the down payment if they will do the work on the house. It needs carper paint and some other minor repairs. A Houston foreclosure expert says this cant be done. A Houston Texas Short Sale expert says it can. Please leave your comment. If you are interested in buying it I will rent to own Lease option or any other creative financing you can think of.
